i also met with fellow kekistani refugees and made friends with E V E R Y O N E, had a radical time all-n-all.

10/10 would go again if these speakers are there next year.

the video mythcon put out of almost the whole convention is just about $3.00 so that’s cool too i guess.

it was also removed from youtube for no reason.

p.s. yes my hair is blue now. here’s a fun game to play with that: look in the gallery and look for my fucking hat. p.s.s. i asked sargon a question at the q & a and not only did i have fucking clone trooper figures in my hands as i was doing this.. i also didn’t know what to call sargon. so in my head i was trying to figure out, “Should I call him Mr. Benjamin? Carl? Sargon? No...” Then it was my turn and I blanked(mind you this is after a very long controversial question that sparked a debate on stage or something), and I, in all of my intellect said..

“Hello, Mr. Akkad-” audience laughed i was too awestruck to be embarrassed sargon chuckled and smiled i felt alright i asked him a question about taking criticism and after that bit i was complimented for the question i asked and sargon pat my arm when he was out with us common folk and hugged me a lil it was dank

The Mythopoeic Society is launching into a series of 50th anniversaries—of the founding of the Society in 2017, of the conception and launch of our scholarly journal Mythlore in 2018, and of our first society conference in 2019. For the fiftieth anniversary of our Society, we would like to see papers and panels relating to gold, and to celebrate the work of our Guests of Honor, to the gold that can be found through library and archival research. As always, papers on any topic relating to J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Charles Williams, and mythopoeic fantasy in general, not just our theme, are welcome as well.
