So this was way in the past, and you get to see how Drafts view others when they get the Blot.

In which they actively celebrate it, as if they are getting chosen to finally be released from a purposeless life. To which Kindness makes sure that they know that they are and always will be valued even if they weren't finished.

If your wondering why Kinger is there, it's because the Entertainment district, when it was run by Kinger, supported and stood by the Drafts to try and get them the Ichor and care they needed so they didn't need to tear toons apart!
