still here —
went quiet for two days.
not because I stopped,
but because I was unwell and conserving energy.
total study time across those days: 12 hours.
showed up quietly,
even when posting felt harder than studying.
sorry for the pause.
I’m back.

🌘✨️Day–16 The Quiet Rise
It was a horrible day.
one of those days that drains you quietly and completely.
i woke up at 5:45.
studied till around 7 or 7:30 —
a good start, honestly. it felt promising.
then fasting rituals took over the morning.
prayers, routines, pauses.
by the time i checked the clock again,
it was already 9… maybe 10.
after that, family drama.
the kind that doesn’t shout
but still leaves you exhausted.
it went on till noon.
lack of sleep from last night
and all that emotional noise
finally caught up to me in the afternoon.
i studied for an hour, tried to push,
but my body gave up.
so i slept. till 2.
at 2:30, i joined my friends
on google meet and facetime.
we planned to study.
we talked more than we worked.
time slipped. energy slipped.
and suddenly it was 8.
then i sat down again.
properly this time.
and i completed chemical equilibrium —
a chapter that’s 5 hours 22 minutes long,
but today it took me almost 6 and a half hours.
not because i’m incapable,
but because days like this stretch everything.
more family drama.
now my brain is completely exhausted.
it’s 10:30.
i’m going to sleep.
it’s strange ending a year like this —
tired, unfinished,
but still standing.
not proud of the day.
not satisfied either.
but i didn’t quit completely.
I kept going. What about you?
🌿The Quiet Rise— 77 days to NEET
The last three days were mostly binge watching.
But I stopped.
Finished GOC.
Started hydrocarbons.
Physics is moving too.
Only 4 hours of study —
reflecting, resetting, realigning.
Not perfect. Just progressing.
I kept going. What about you?
🌖✨Day–15 The Quiet Rise
woke up late, instantly regretted it… but still pushed myself.
started with thermodynamics revision and studied straight until afternoon.
took a small break to chit-chat with my mata ji, then back to books till 8pm.
zoom meet with my friend after that — studied together, talked a bit too.
she slept at 10, i kept going till 12.
i could keep studying,
but decided to stop to get enough sleep and let all this info settle.
total focused time — 8.5 hrs
1. thermodynamics — completed 6 hrs (revision + questions)
2. molecular basis — completed 1.5 hrs (dna fingerprinting)
3. ray optics — 1 hr
personal low moments today:
while solving questions, i realized i wasn’t able to do them.
the chapters were once on my tips, formulas so easy to recall, i was really good at them.
but now… after seeing my own condition, i felt so sad, almost cried.
couldn’t even recall formulas properly.
it hurt, but it’s okay — this is a sign i need to revise more and more and more from now.
learning is messy sometimes, and today reminded me of that.
11 hr target? missed it. but progress still happened.
Tomorrow plans : progress.....
I kept going. What about you?
🌑✨️Day–14 The Quiet Rise
after finishing my project, today was about getting back into rhythm.
total focused time — 8 hrs
1. thermodynamics — 6 hrs (almost done, just a little left)
2. dna fingerprinting — 2 hrs
now logging off, letting everything process,
so tomorrow starts fresh.
Tomorrow target : 11hr focus time.
Thermodynamics end, molecular basis end chemical equilibrium end thermodynamics questions plus solution and ch 1 questions practice.
I kept going. What about you?

🌘✨️ Day–12 The Quiet Rise
Focused time: 4 hrs
Ecology:completed
Biodiversity: started
Plans for tomorrow
Complete Thermodynamics
Finish biodiversity and molecular basis
practices question on Mole solution and thermodynamics
Some revision of vectors and isomerism
I kept going. What about you?
🌖✨️Day 5– The Quiet Rise
> focused hrs : ~5 hrs
> IUPAC: question practice (in school)
> mole concept:
- lecture: 3 hrs
- questions: 2 hrs
Showed up. Moved forward.
I kept going. What about you?
🌒✨️ Day 2–The Quiet Rise
This day won’t trend.
It will count.
Morning arrived without urgency. I showed up anyway,
Even though I was reluctant to wake up,I still got up early, went to the ground, and worked up a sweat.
After that,
the real battle began —
the one with myself.
and the same promise from yesterday.
✨️Today looked like:
⏳ Focus hours — 6
🎥 Lectures completed — 4
🧠 Concepts wrestled — Ray Optics, IUPAC, Moving Charges & Magnetism
🔥 Discipline practiced — showed up anyway
Not everything was easy.
Not everything was perfect.
But the day moved forward,
and so did I.
I learned where I slowed down.
I noticed where I stayed.
I didn’t quit.
I’m not chasing motivation.
I’m building proof.
If tomorrow reads this,
remember —
we showed up today.
I kept going. What about you??
