Right, I hate to be this person, but I've had 100% enough of all this absolute horseshit with people pretending like they're from MI5Â (read that post alongside mine, otherwise it won't make any sense)Â -- for the last fucking time, this is not a game, this isn't about scoring points or creating conspiracy theories -- this is people's lives we're talking about here, and all this over-theorising is not going to help anyone, least of all Harry and Louis. I obviously believe that Harry and Louis are together, but this sort of crap is making all of us look delusional, and I'm fed up of it.Â
-- Louis went on holiday in the evening of the 26th of March - these two people met him in Gatwick at 6/7pm. So that's fine. Louis tweeted about thinking of making plans with Zayn and Ant at 12.43am on the 26th -- that still leaves him a hell of a lot of time to see them before he had to catch his flight - it's not weird, it's not even implausible. Eleanor herself was making plans for later with Danielle at 12.41pm on the 26th, having gotten off jury duty early, so either the holiday was totally unplanned (which is entirely possible -- it's not like money's an issue, and they can jet off at a moment's notice), or Eleanor was to join him at a later date (say on the 28th?).Â
-- Whatever it was, by the 28th of March, they were uploading photos on instagram from seemingly neighbouring positions within minutes of each other. That in itself is obviously for publicity purposes, especially because Louis/they had managed to be on holiday for at least a day without suddenly "revealing" they're together. And it fits with the pattern we always get with their photos - they always upload photos of the same/similar things (Olympics, Christmas tree decoration, Robbie Williams concert), but they themselves are never in the photos. It's obvious enough what's happening without any of the theorising... As the OP says, "Celebrity couples NEVER tell their fans where they are on vacation… unless they WANT them to know that this couple is together, which we’re all used to". That I agree with, the rest, not so much. Also, they've been on holiday together before, I don't understand why this particular time is such a massive deal?
-- I cannot find the photo that Louis uploaded onto instagram anywhere, aside from the actual one he uploaded, or copies of it thereafter, and I don't see how this:
...proves anything. The image size 612 x 612 px is the standard instagram resolution, and instagram uploads photos online -Â that's how it's in the Google image search results. I literally do not understand how people can think anything else. It's not a fake picture. End of.
-- How do we know comments are being deleted? All there is is the word of some random people on the internet, on a photo that has 8600 comments... I hope you can see the absurdity of that.Â
-- I absolutely do not see how this proves that Louis' second photo is a composite image. It looks pretty legit to me. As for the reddish leg hair, according to this Louis used the Amaro filter on that photo, here's what the Amaro filter does to a plain white photo, heavily oversaturated to see exactly what colours it overlays on photos:
Hey look! It's pinkish. So maybe it was just the filter. Or Louis has different coloured leg hair to his head hair. This is not an unusual thing.Â
-- And then we go back to believing random people on the internet. Maybe the Jaden Smith girl was terrified because she was getting bombarded by hundreds of tweets from the Larry shippers on Twitter, maybe she was lying, maybe she was doing it to get attention, maybe she was mistaken, and was worried (legitimately I might add) about the reaction from all the people she was going to disappoint -- people do weird shit on the internet, especially when it comes to this extraordinarily intense fandom. Again, YOU DON'T KNOW THESE PEOPLE, WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU TRUST THEM? All they are is an avatar and some pixels on the screen to you. There's not been a single photo of Louis and Harry together, not even a sneaky one from afar, and yet apparently they'd been parading around LA for all to see. Okayyyy then...
-- As for the fact that the photos aren't somewhere desert-y and dry, like in that satellite photo of Dubai (which isn't where they were anyway - Muscat is not Dubai)... Hey look, Muscat has mountains nearby:
Also, it's a freaking holiday resort, of course it's going to be green! There are things called sprinklers after all... Moreover, the girl wearing a 1D t-shirt isn't weird. A lot of people have them, especially fans, and if she is a fan, wouldn't she want to have a photo taken with someone from the band? This is not weird or a cause for conspiracy. Neither is the fact that the uploader of the photos is doing the LA sign. I'm doing it right now in my house in the middle of the English countryside. I am not magically transported to LA. And is it surprising that Eleanor sat and talked to them for an hour? She's there to do a job after all. Maybe she's a friendly person? Maybe they outstayed their welcome and she was too polite to tell them to go away? Or maybe the fan is prone to exaggeration? I don't even know what is being argued here to be honest.Â
-- @KyleeLTaylor admitted that it was all a lie, and then said her tweets were being deleted. Remind me again why we're believing this unknown person online? Sidenote: not to blow my own trumpet, but I'm one of the biggest Larry blogs who also does analyses -- I have never EVER been contacted by someone claiming to be from Modest! Management. Is that not odd? Remind me why they'd bother deleting tweets with unsubstantiated claims from random girls on the internet again? It's ridiculous.
-- Moving onto timezones, I think what is being said is that the time of the tweet proves that Louis was in LA because the time stamp is the time it would have been in LA when Louis tweeted. However, the time stamp has nothing to so with the location of the tweeter, but rather the location of the person looking at the tweets. Let's use the example of Niall tweeting this afternoon about being in Liverpool (they're onstage any minute, they're definitely in the UK timezone, BST)
This is my screengrab of that tweet, signed into Twitter in the BST timezone. However if I log out then it automatically reverts to California time (because that's where Twitter is based):
It's got absolutely nothing to do with where the person is tweeting from, and doesn't prove anything about Louis' location. He could very well have been in London. Or Peru. Or halfway up Mount Kilimanjaro. It's proof of absolutely nothing, location-wise.Â
-- Finally the "biggest proof ever". That's not written by a native speaker of English. There's a load of grammar mistakes, and Modest! Management isn't even written how the company itself spells it. And it only comes after loads of other people have, without substantiation, said that it's happened to them too.Â
In conclusion though, fucking stop doing these "analyses" that can be disproven so easily. It's not acceptable, and only serves to make us look stupid and delusional, make people hate us more, and probably only makes things worse for Harry and Louis. Whether these posts are correct or not, the fact that there has been a substantial rise in noise about Larry on Tumblr and Twitter will mean that Modest! and HJPR get increasingly jumpy about giving actual ammunition to the idea that Louis and Harry are together. Things were going so well before this break -- they were allowed out in public together, off work-time, for the first time in MONTHS during March, which must have been freaking awesome for them -- if that stops now, it's going to be the people who have been creating these theories who are at fault. Simple as.
And yes, I might be wrong about this -- there's no way of saying for sure what's correct and what isn't, because we really don't know the full facts about any of this. But it doesn't mean that the original post is any more legitimate or believable than mine.Â
