Heeeyyyyyyy, been gone for a hot minute, but I haven't quit piano, and I've missed the studyblr community! Lots of things I now have the time to work towards with piano, so there will be new recordings this summer (if all goes to plan)! 👀😄🎹

I've been knitting+crocheting loads lately (it fits with the cold weather) and I'm hoping to finish my jumper soon...we'll see how that goes. How are you guys doing?

First of all, happy new year to everyone! I’m sorry I haven’t posted for the past few weeks, I’ve just been tired and overwhelmed lately T-T. Like, I’ve turned in all my college apps but the wait is literally destroying my mental health more and more every day. Ugh, I can’t wait until it’s over.
I’ve been working on my mental health lately tho, and I think I’m (slowly!) getting a bit better! Yesterday was a bad night (I stayed up until like 3 am listening to sad songs and writing fanfics ;-;) and for like two hours this morning I couldn’t even get out of bed, but I encouraged myself to get up and I lowkey just romanticized everything I did, from brushing my teeth to washing my face and it just felt super peaceful. I’m definitely gonna start doing it more often.
I also moved back into school on Sunday! We started out virtual last week bc of COVID and moved back in this week. We have J-Term, so I’m taking a course called Encounters with Trees rn where we basically learn how to identify trees and walk around nature parks and all for a few hours each day. Even though it’s extremely cold and my legs are really achy by the end of it, I’ve really enjoyed them because they give me time to just let my mind wander and think.
I’m also slowly chipping away at my New Year’s Resolutions! My main ones are to lose weight (which I’m currently doing!), work on my mental health and reduce my screen time. I’ve realized that the main reason why I spend so much time on my phone daily is because I read on it, and I’m thinking of asking my mom for a kindle instead of an IPad so I can reduce my phone usage :))
Oof, that was pretty long! I hope you all are doing well, and I’ll see you next week! Byeee ☁️

August 8 2021: What books are you currently reading?
Yesterday I started reading 1984 by George Orwell. But I have also started two other books namely 'Men of Mathematics' by E.T.Bell and 'Music Of Primes' by Marcus du Sautoy.I have also decided to buy Anna karenina by Tolstoy after reading a post about it by @theclassicalmind.
08.17.21 🍂 I’ve been slowly getting back into reading and John Green’s Turtles All The Way Down is an interesting one! I also just made a studygram!
I'm back on track for good !
We're starting to get more homework and the exams are coming up quickly. I've already started my first mandatory book, Of Mice and Men.
The weather was so nice this week, I've done a lot of work outside ! My friend came by too to do some with me, we had fun :)
good day !
