I was driving home from work today and feeling a little stressed and giving myself a pep talk because I didn’t walk on the treadmill and I hadn’t made my Friday check-in video yet. Then I noticed my #myintentbracelet bracelet had formed a Heart next to my Fitbit #fitbitcharge2 I believe it was a sign. A little reminder. I’m doing great! I am getting up and moving every hour. I’m drinking tons of water. I’m eating healthy well thought out meals and I’ve been staying away from that evil sugar. It’s not easy but I can be easy on myself now and then. I’m trying. I’m not giving up or giving in. I’m still checking in. My heart is still in this!!
