I’m feeling thankful no matter what the temperature. 🌞 It is a #happylaborday weekend for me every year I’m not cleaning up after a hurricane 😳 or getting prepared for one heading my way. ✌🏽🙂🐱 When I was a youngster my extended family gathered at our wee camp in the Ocala National Forest for a huge fish-fry. 🌳🌳🌳 Quite early on I learned to sneak off on my own quietly to see WildLife. 🐍 🦃 🦌 🦌🦅🐿🦌🦌 During these StayHome days now I am suffering deep hiraeth for that small family place in the sand pine scrub. 🌳🌳 Nothing was better than climbing into a top bunk in the bunk*room to snooze after over*eating. 🌳🌳🐿 To listen to my daddy & uncles talk out the open window as they cleaned the grill & camp*site; to hear my mother & aunts laughing as they packed away food & tidied up the kitchen. 🌳🦌🦌 I had a safe & amazing childhood with adventures in the forest, on the river and by the sea. #myfloridalife 🌳🦉🌳 🌞🏖 🐚 I hope you have many comforting memories of holidays spent with your family. 🦉I am #thankful for my holiday memories. 🙏🏽 #mandalamonday 🌸 #spfcreates2015 🌸🌸 #spfmondaymandala2015 🌸🌸 #ohhappyday (at St. Augustine, Florida) https://www.instagram.com/p/CE2CloNg7rC/?igshid=1wriwlootjbzz
