When I was in school my teacher was quoting a line from a book to another student and she said “did I stutter?” And I said “.....I probably did" and she turned to me with a huge smile on her face and told me I was funny

if you make fun of/draw un-needed attention to or mimic my speech impediment, there's a 50% chance I'll start hating you instantly and a 50% chance I'll start crying at you and start hating you instantly. if, while I'm struggling to get my words out you look at me, annoyed, there's a 100% chance I'll get extremely paranoid and that'll just make it worse. if you act like my stutter isn't happening, and you're patient with me getting my words out, there's a 100% chance I'll love you eternally.
