#my first memory

So when I was little like around the age of 4 I ate one of those blue decorative rocks. The really small ones that are about the size of the tip of your thumb. I didn't mean to eat it I just liked chewing on things, but I accidentally swallowed it and never told anyone so I went on for years thinking that ok I just have a stone that lives inside of my tummy and I didn't realize that I probably passed it until I was like 8 years old. So for 4 years I believed I had a rock inside my stomach and that may actually be my first fucking memory.

It is a fond one of eating. I opened up the drawers to use like stairs to get up onto the counter, from there I was able to reach up into the cupboard. I swiped my finger through the butter and ate it happily sucking on my finger. I was somewhere between two and three

My bro Embr blindly followed a 6 year old, even though she kept accidentally deleting the save and having to start over. He was cool with it.

Basically it will be myself reflecting on my past, as I remember them. This one has been on my mind the most recently, and I felt compelled to share this so much over the past several years.

My first memory is of my parents fighting. They were pounding around the trailer yelling at each other. I remember my mom was trying to put make up on in the mirror of the china cabinet and my dad being right there yelling at her. I was about 3 at the time. I asked them if I could go to my Grandma’s and they both turned to me a yelled “No.” I went anyway. I remember finding a stick in the alley and using it like a cane, pretending to be an old man. By time I got to the first street corner, the police chief pulled up. He was a family friend and was always very friendly. I remember him opening up the passenger door and saying, “Hey Ken! Where are you going?” I told him I was going to my Grandma’s because Mom and Dad were yelling. He told me to hop in and he gave me a ride to my Grandma’s. For some reason, there were a lot of my cousins there. Next thing I remember is my mom showing up to pick me up. I was probably there for a few hours. Apparently, the police chief was on his way to my house because my parents were so loud, they could be heard at his house, across town.
