My Review(opinion): spoilers!!

Such an amazing movie, from the thrill and mystery in the beginning of the movie to the very inspirational and optimistic end! I can safely say "A must watch" The movie will make you cry, laugh at the jokes and even wonder on how they will be able to solve the problem about the Astrophage. Another thing about this movie, it talks about sacrifice, what it meant to feel "home", loneliness, self doubt, courage, friendship, and many more when you watched it. I haven't read the books yet, for now I will only review the movie. What I like about this moive? Everything, from the cinematography, the actor and how all them was able to deliver their emotions well, delivery of the jokes, and some unforgettable funny hit on jokes through out the movie. I also love how they was able to deliver such deep meaning into the movie, it didn't stray away from the main goal, it connects, after the finding the reason why the "Tau Ceti e" the surviving planet is saved, its because of "life". There's so many lesson you can learn from this movie such as "friendship" what it means to "sacrifice" whether for the betterment of all or for yourself, and I love how in the end Grace choose to be with Rocky!! Humanity on earth will be greatful but if the ending were Grace choosing to go home and forget about rocky i think he will 100% be guilty and regretting about his choices. And to think Rocky have been lonely for 40 years? or 50 after his other friends died in the book, I dont know the details but thats really lonely for a being who age slower:< Rockkyyyy Last and final take, I really like how well mixed and the world building for the movie is shown. All the sci-fi, distopian, comedy, adventure, and drama. Another thing to love about this movie is the way they potray the difference between how humans treated Grace and how Rocky treat Grace. Rocky understands Grace and Grace also ressonates with Rocky, knowing that he may not fully understand him at first through loneliness and the need to save their panets it overides the fear of the possibility that Rocky could be a bad. Their bond leads to the point where they need to make choices whether to sacrifice between their friend and themselves. It shown in the movie a lot of times how their bond is tested through trials, through by any means to "sacrifice" to risk themselves and save one another. What it means to have such a good friendship, Rocky may not be human but he treated Grace humanly than any other human could. if you compare the time when grace was chosen to examine the Astrophage and he asked whether they wanted him alive or not the answer he got was "prefer to not die" then compare it when he was with rocky that he specifically asked for Grace "to not die". (And yes you can say to me that through out the movie the humans does change and not all of them are bad towards him, and I agree with that, My point is, it's just different how they treated him.) Grace is a round character, means he did develop into a better version of himself, He keeps thinking that "he's a coward"., "he's not brave" that "he's a nobody" but he also proven himself wrong a million times through out the movie, Thanks to rocky, he cares about rocky that he isnt scared to sacrifice himself for him. He isn't scared about not coming home to earth for him, because he cares for Rocky, he also know he can't do both, he persevere and choose what he think is right. There is so many part of the movie where you can see Grace's growth, to many it may not matter, but for me It shows lessons. Grace as a character before going to space is shown to have a lower self esteem and also self doubt. But towards the end of the film, he changed, you will notice him less criticism himself, (maybe because he doesnt remember who he was) could be a variable. Though when he did remember, you can see his change, he's conscise, he's clear about his goal to save rocky, he didn't even stutter or doubt about it. Dr. Ryland Grace was willing to be with rocky, even when he doesnt even know if it's the last, he wants to be with his friend.
