Hey, so I’ve almost hit 50 followers on this multi and this is my 500th post. Thank you for all of those who have been here through the bad and the good. I really do appreciate it. This blog is really a respite from my day-to-day life. It hasn’t been going well lately. A million thank-yous and hugs. Virtual hugs of course. I’m really a touch averse person irl.     “  it’s like you get better and better every time you come around. i missed you, tons, ”  that girl had a special place in samantha’s heart that couldn’t be mimicked from anywhere or anyone else. the blonde makes her smile more than most fools who cross paths with her, today must’ve been bright and new considering the call that was received. arms were nipped and tucked under a leather bust, leaning back on an island, relaxed and in a good place,  “  where’d you go, ace?  ”

God, why did he let Callie drag him to a bar again? It’s so damn loud in there. As soon as she’s distracted by some dense-looking blond, he sneaks out the side door leading to the alleyway in search of fresh air. And silence. Except... he’s not exactly alone. Shit. 

Leaning back to rest his side against the wall, he gives her a once-over. She’s cute. Not that it matters, really. Seeing as she had been there first, not talking to the woman is far too rude in his mind--regardless of her stranger status. With that in mind, he directs a small smile her way.

“God damn right, it’s nine in the morning. Ungodly hour.”

He’d taken a couple of kicks to the side, but nothing too major. Unlike her. He was furious with himself. Evan put out his cigarette in the ashtray and got up from the stool.

“We need to get you to a doctor.”

     He wiped the blood from his lip with the back of his hand, it smeared across his jaw. “I’m gon’na kill him.” Jimmy muttered, “I’m gon’na cave his fucking skull in.” He was looking for something, rummaging through drawers and pulling out boxes to rake through. “He’s a nobody, some greaseball prick.” He said, more audibly this time. “He thinks he can step to me?” Incredulous, insulted.
