Punisher Legends: Saracen
Muzzafar Lambert first appeared in 1989 as a globe-trotting mercenary who crosses paths with Punisher a few teams, sometimes teaming up with him but mostly fighting against him, depending on the job he has taken.
In an adaptation, he could show up, I suppose, but I don't have any real pressing reasons to include him outside of maybe referencing him, or including him as a random henchman at some point. As for casting, Marwan Kenzari might fit the bill.
