That segment introduced Vincent Del Arrazio, Joely Bartlett, Dagmar Procjnow, Mike, Mr Espinoza, and Reynaldo Martinez, created by Greg Rucka and William Rosado. Fan favorite Chiana (Gigi Edgley) was introduced to Farscape in the episode "Durka Returns" that first aired on August 13, 1999. Chiana had been originally written as a one-off meant to die at the end of the episode, but the character and actress worked so well, they changed the ending.
