The half-youkai asked as they took a step back, a light blush appearing in their cheeks as they let out a light yet awkward chuckle. Atleast it’s not his fault so she can’t be angry at him, right?

“...Okay, before I dismantle all your evil dreams or whatever, what qualifies as old to you?  I know for a fact that I don’t look like some middle-aged socialite.  I’m...  Not even thirty.”
