Murby and Bumbleweed are both just nature spirits and I know deep in my heart somewhere in the world they have an aquatic sibling just waiting to be discovered in a lake or something
As much as I wish the person who found Murby kept him...maybe it was meant to be. He escaped the place where he was left and returned to the forest. After all, he is a forest spirit, not meant to be with humans. He’s meant to be free, free.
