I found this thing
"one of the greatest tragedies in life is that you will always be loved more than you will ever know. someone in class finds your presence inviting and warm, even if you've only ever exchanged a few words with them-maybe none at all. someone on the street loves your smile and it gets them down the next few streets. someone you used to be friends with still wishes to fondly call your name. someone you used to be friends with five years ago would give anything to be in the same room as you today. someone who regularly comes into work is disappointed when you aren't there to brighten their day. someone missed you today. someone noticed you were gone. someone loves you when you're there; someone loves you when you're nowhere to be found at all. you think you have always disappeared when you're no longer in the picture, but you've never left the frame."
You're amazing, you do so much, help so many people, even while you yourself are hurting. You better be asleep when you get this or you will be forced to accept brownies I bake for you. Also a hug.
I know it's hard to see the good in yourself, but think of all you've done, people who trust you enough to vent, coming back because you are so amazing. Sir (and Kayla) I know trying to find good in yourself can seem like your trying to find a needle in a haystack, while you are all skydiving and the wind is not in your favour, but why would you have so many people, so many asks, if you weren't so simply amazing? Sending you lots of warm laundry, also a nice fresh Beavertail (THE FOOD LIKE DESERT THING NOT AN ACTUAL BEAVER) from up here in Canada
Sleep well, have a good day, and don't neglect yourself please. You can't give from an empty cup, even though that's what you're trying to do. Please be kind to yourself, you're the only you we've got.
Now Imma go to bed since it's 2:30 am and school's bouta be awful tomorrow. Good night Mr. Barnes. (AND KAYLA)

I don’t even know what to say—that was one of the most thoughtful and kind messages I’ve received today. Seriously, it means more than I can put into words. I guess I forget sometimes that the things I do, even the small ones, actually stick with people. So… thank you for reminding me. And for being you. Because the world is better with you in it too, you know?
I’ll try to be kinder to myself, but only if you do the same. Deal? Also, I fully accept the brownies and the hug. No take-backs.
Hope school wasn’t too awful today—if it was, just know that someone (me) thinks you’re amazing regardless.
Rest up, take care, and thanks again. You have no idea how much this meant.
