what i think of now:

In 2026, Multisim is widely used for:

Multisim allows users to test circuit behavior in real-time, experiment with component values, and visualize electrical responses such as voltage, current, and frequency behavior. This makes it especially valuable for students and beginners who are learning core electronics concepts.

While virtual simulation significantly reduces cost, risk, and hardware dependency, physical labs still play a crucial role in understanding real-world constraints such as noise, manufacturing tolerances, and hardware imperfections.
