DIAGNOSIS: Multiple Sclerosis
CHIEF COMPLAINT :
Weakness in both lower limbs for the past 11 years, weakness in upper limbs primarily in the left upper limb for the past 2 years.
PRESENTING ILLNESS:
46 years old male, with a history of progressive weakness in lower and upper limbs. Started first in the lower limbs. Progressive weakness. He is not able to walk for the past 3 years. He is wheelchair bound for the past 3 years. Upper limb involvement started 2 years back. primarily on the left side. Medical / Conservative management is going on in consultation with Neurologists in Montreal, Canada. He is taking Inj Ocrevus every 6 months. The patient and his wife (Mrs. Baljinder Kaur Lally ) wish to undergo Stem cell therapy ( Umbilical cord-derived MSCs ) for his problem.
