With Sympathy
Dear friends, We’re sorry to share such sad news, but in case you haven’t yet heard, earlier this month, our friend and beloved Multiplayer, Steve “Slurms” Lichtsinn lost his 2 and a half year battle with cancer. Many of you will remember him from his blogging (LagWar, Multiplaying, The Orrator), podcasting (CoTCast, Multiplaying, The MMO Show, Go Kart Brothers, Rift Happens, The Old RepubliCast, RavenKast, The Always SunnyCast), and countless hours of gaming with him. The outpouring of love expressed online since Steve’s passing serve as a reminder of how much he was loved by all who knew him. MassivelyOP wrote a very nice article about his passing. He was also fondly remembered on the Guild Wars 2 subreddit and all over MMO-Twitter. We will all miss Slurms so much. There’s no way to fill the void his loss leaves behind. We’re grateful that he spent so much time creating and sharing his wonderful personality through social media, blogs, and many recorded hours of gaming and podcasting. You can revisit him here:
