Now that we know that the Master canonically has a thing for Russian disguises including long hair and voluminous beards...
...I want a multi-Master story with Missy, the Spymaster, and Simm Master, in which they're in Russia, and they all need clever disguises.
The Spymaster goes full-on Rasputin. Simm goes full-on Razor. Missy puts on an impressive flowing wig and an equally impressive prosthetic beard and mustache.
Simm, being a misogynist twerp, gives Missy shit for her facial hair. The Spymaster gives Simm shit for his "accent." Missy gives the Spymaster shit for his contacts.
When the Masters go out among the Russians, the Russians immediately clock Simm on account of his stupid accent. They also immediately clock the Spymaster on account of his stupid contacts.
The only one who successfully infiltrates without blowing cover? Missy.
Cue Simm pouting and muttering and the Spymaster seeking beard care tips from Missy. Cue also Missy just wandering around in their hideout, stroking her beard and making authoritative pronouncements, mostly to piss Simm off.
