Took the boys to a country park and garden centre yesterday, mid afternoon we were stopped by an old boy who spent ten minutes chatting about Dales, then his wife turned up and told us he'd seen us several times and wanted to come over but had got upset as they'd lost their boy three years earlier, and seeing our two had upset him. They get under your skin and infiltrate your soul!! Bought a tear to the eyes of my and my wife. Hope they went home and looked at the pictures of their boy and remembered him with smiles. We must have been stopped a dozen times by people with Dale memories yesterday, this couple were clearly the stand outs though so many clearly had been touched by Dale madness!! [x]
