It’s a shame an author as influential as him is hardly ever published overseas. He’s never been licensed in english so far.
I’ve already read a bit of his yokai/horror stories in japanese settings so now it’s Mudmen (taking place in Papua New Guinea) that piques my interest the most.

Mudmen are prone to seeking out humans as their go-to carriers. However if no human hosts are found, they’ll use any animal or monster to continue the incubation process of their brood
