Marion is based on a Mud Lobster, mainly because of the fact that they dig into mud. Marrion still finds lots of treasures while digging, and still likes to play 'guess what's in my claws'.

Decapocember Day 9: Axiideans and Gebiideans were once grouped together in the infraorder Thalassinidea. It was recently discovered that while they occupied similar ecological niches and had similar shapes, they were of different lineages. They're still both called mud shrimp sometimes, though.
