((My Otherworlder types called “Glittercloaks”.

The Glitterclaoks (as the name implies) have super long, shimmering cloaks. While the cloaks themselves can very in style and layers, the cloak is always ridiculously long. They reside in the glittering Otherworld of the city glitch, able to seamlessly blend in with the surrounding, gleaming sand with their cloaks, able to change hue and color to mimic the sands wherever they might be. Despite their cloaks changing hues, their natural colors are that of warm colors, such as oranges, yellows, and (rarely) a light peach or purple. Their cloaks have minimal, to no patterning. Glittercloaks have no scarf, but rather have a short, highly condensed one on their chest. They can’t really fly so well though. They can, but the winds have to be good to none, and they can only fly close to the ground. Their cloaks are very light and free flowing, they just have a lot to work with, so flying isn’t really worth it. However, they love anything that shines, and are master pickpockets. If you have anything of value on you, it will be gone before you even notice hours later. They tend to have their own buried hoards to themselves, or if they choose to have a mate, they will often combine and share a hoard of goods together.
