Study smart. Make your own study technique. We all have different ways to do it so it’s better that you know your comfort zone. Own it and stick to it.
Organize. Make your own study schedule. MAKE SURE TO COMPLY and not to procrastinate again and again.
Read books. I’m saying this so you’ll never have to cram while you still have a few months left. Do it in order to finish all the notes from your review center. Last-minute cramming will kill you.
Be realistic. Do not expect to finish a book in one night – not unless, you do have a photographic memory of some kind. Medical Technology requires more understanding of the concepts so it will take time.
Take it easy. Give time for leisure but never compromise. Yes, all work and no play really makes Jack a dull boy, so take it slowly and give yourself time to relax when the situation calls for it but make sure to remember your priorities.
Know your weaknesses. Practice makes perfect so it’s better to know your weak points. Assessment exams are made to build you – not crush you. Never be disappointed if you flunk these exams – remember the final battle is more important.
Stay healthy. Health is wealth as they say. Eat the right kind of food. Get enough sleep. Take vitamins when the need arises.
Strive for perfection. It doesn’t mean you have to be egocentric. Just bear in mind that in this field there should be no room for mistakes. Treat your exam as your patient. Or else you will be held responsible for putting a life in a great deal of danger.
Give your all for the board exam. Treat it as an exam of a lifetime you wouldn’t want to happen again. It’s now or never so better give it your very best shot.
Most importantly… PRAY. PRAY. PRAY. GOD WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU Believe in what you pray for. THIS IS CERTAINLY TRUE IN ALL LEVELS!
