How to Trade with SD Trading System

Step 1: Find the Battlefield — Watch for price touching the colored zones. Blue zones are your long entry areas, orange zones are for short opportunities.

Step 2: Confirm the Trigger — When price lingers in a zone, wait for a white arrow. The arrow means supply/demand balance has broken and a new move is starting.

Step 3: Multi-Timeframe Filter — Check the sub-chart indicator. If its color matches the signal (white for long, orange for short), it's a high-probability entry.

Step 4: Risk Management — Place stop-loss outside the zone boundary. Target the next opposite supply/demand zone. Typical risk-reward ratio is 1:3 or better.

⚠️ What Nobody Tells You

This system handles trending markets exceptionally well, but in low-volatility chop, the zone levels can get repainted as new price action forms. The sub-chart filter helps, but on M15 it still generates noise. Best results come from using H1/H4 for trend bias and M15 for entries. Also, on XAUUSD, adding an ATR-based volatility filter (say, ATR(14) > threshold) to widen stop distances during high-vol sessions improves survivability significantly.
