MT-X 1440 with forks, bucket & jib
In a photovoltaic solar power project in Wanjiashan Mountain ( Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province) in China : a total of 400 000 photovoltaic panels were planned to be installed.
The job of MT-X 1440 is to shift wood boxes of panels (totally 80,000 boxes, 5 pieces per box, one box with 5 panels is about 500 kg) from the trucks to the site. Thanks to its rough terrain ability, Manitou telehandlers played an irreplaceable role.
With the work going on, the customer discovered that the machine can be used for different applications & replace many traditional equipments : steel handling, lifting arches, sand handling with bucket, delivery of bricks or concrete to upstairs for a construction of building.
