To get a lot of mods to work together you need to make sure no mods are conflicting with each other and your load order doesn’t have any issues. You can download load order tools like LOOT to help find mods causing problems like infinite loading screens or CTDs. There’s also youtube videos to help you mod your game carefully. For FNV, I personally recommend Gopher
