It came out cruel, but I think this is the usual behavior of the Krang.

This is an intermediate part that I didn't plan. But it's there.

Leo still knows deep down that it's Casey in front of him and he can't harm him. Probably.

Episode 3, part 1.

It's true that a lot of time has passed, which is why Mikey can't cure Leo. He became infected at the beginning of the battle at the front, after which he came to the base, and Casey sat with Donnie for a long time there while he was unconscious.

In general, enough time passed for the infection to infect all of Leo.
