I'm tired.
Hey, merry Christmas!!! I got you this old pillowcase? It's a little stained, I tried my best to wash it out but it seems pretty burnt in there... but. Uh. It's really soft! Might be a good sleeping bag or something.
Also how're you doing with the poncho?
-Olive
Whoah- I wasn't expecting anything for Christmas, I really didn't even know it was Christmas- but, thank you! Thank you very much!
oh, and the poncho is going really well! I'm actually almost done! Guess you could say it'll be a present back to you?
Completely drained and feeling awful about my own life, but at least I feel love:3

Does anybody else do that thing. Where they get super excited about things, start coming up with plans, move their life forward and get that moment of clarity like “Oh my god. I’m moving -FORWARD.- I’m -DOING- something.” But then tiny little spanners start appearing in your works. Not huge, not life changing, but making things difficult in their own small ways. And the response, from your brain, is to sort of... Pull away? Just see those spanners and go “Wait no...” And you know it doesn’t change much that the spanners are there, you can work through them. But your brain doesn’t. It starts pulling away from a lot of things, actually. Anything vaguely uncomfortable. And you know you should keep plugging along, because this has happened a million times and you know if you stop here everything you’ve set into motion in the last few days stops with it and entropies until it’s unsalvageable. But you stop anyway. And it just fades into the background and becomes just another thing you, your brain and anyone else you get excited to will remember the next time you do this.
