Mango Bruschetta
A blue and yellow crockery plate sits on the photographer's kitchen bench. It is decorated in patterns reminiscent of feathers and dragon scales, although they are sharply geometric.
On the plate are two pieces of sourdough toast, each topped with small pieces of cherry tomato, garlic and mango, all drizzled with lemon olive oil. Between the pieces of toast are two sections of fresh mango, and also on the plate are four halves of soft-boiled egg sprinkled with truffle dust.
