LET ME TELL YOU A THING so im in this years yearbook team at school (it's an actual class so its class time) and we were new people with exception of a couple of last year's team. so the teacher starts telling us funny stories about the yearbook.
one year they had the class photos and this lady was wearing her cardigan, so she shoved her hands in her pockets. this is when they were still using black and white film since printing in color was expensive. so they didn't put the photos in until later in the year.
the team looks through all the photos, and they couldn't retake since all the photos had been taken and suddenly my teacher noticed something. the lady's fingers had been in the pockets EXCEPT FOR HER MIDDLE FINGER which basically made it look like she was saying "fuck you" to the kid next to her.
he puts it away and decides to look at it and take care of it later.Β
finally the day they're turning in the plan rolls around, and he still hasn't done anything and has completely forgotten about it. but then he finds the picture and freaks out. he has no idea what to do, the deadline is that day, and we can't have a teacher saying "fuck you" to the students in the yearbook.
so he does the only thing an art teacher can do. he grabs the nearest sharpie and scribbles over her finger until it looks like it's in her pants. since it's black and white it won't show.
respect for my art teacher has gone up incredibly.
