I think tumblr had the wrong idea about Mr. Caputo, he's messed up, who doesn't but for the most part he does his best to help the inmates (when he tries to get various programs started for the prison, etc). People are just upset because he couldn't reveal the name of the guard (who is a young man and wasn't being attacked by crazy eyes, he didn't have a lot of mobility to do anything). So take a moment and understand that Caputo is a hard place trying to do right by multiple people.
