"Does this feel good?" Dean murmured, running his hands over Sam's shoulders. "Mhm. You can touch my chest now." Sam confirmed, leading his hands there, letting Deans thumbs press over his nipples. "You sure?" "I'm sure." Dean moved his thumbs softly, kissing over Sam's jaw line. Soft sighs fell from Sam's lips, hands resting on Deans shoulders. This wasn't the first time that they had ever done this, through a soulless fog, Sam still had his memory's. It was the first time since he came back from hell, after leaving Dean alone for a year. So Dean was taking his time, asking consent before moving his hands. Part of him was getting restless, wanting to get to the main event. The bigger part was enjoying this too much. Loving being able to say yes or no. So many new memories of people who weren't asking for a yes. Or took no as one. His brother was always different though. Had always asked him if he liked what was happening.
