Mox Amber- Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement)
An elegantly curving silver clasp wraps its way around this orange-red stone, which has been polished to a near-perfect smoothness by the flow of time. As an action while holding the amber, you may cast any spell of 5th-level or lower that another creature within 30 feet of you has the ability to cast. The spell you are attempting to cast must be on the creature’s spell list, or it must be a spell that the creature can innately cast. You do not require material components of any kind to cast the spell. Spell attack are made with a +10 bonus, and the spell save DC is 18. In addition, once per long rest, you can use an action while holding the amber to cast any spell of 9th level.
