Things that 2020 taught me unrelated to covid: -It is a blessing to be able to walk straight, to be able to stand or lay down without pain, to be able to stand up straight, to be able to move freely, to be able to walk painlessly, etc 🙏🏻 Almost a year ago now I injured my back pretty bad. I went from being able to run 13 miles on a whim to barely being able to walk up the block. I was hunched over and leaning to my left side for weeks. The pain went all the way down my right leg. I even had to walk with a cane for a few weeks to help. Physical therapy and walking has been such a blessing. I had to give up running and weight lifting. 😿 I haved learned the importance of core strength and getting movement safely in other places. I finally started cycling because I couldn’t run. There is a positive in every negative situation if you look for it. 🖖🏻 Today, I was able to go on my second run outside (last week was the first) since my injury and I feel strong and blessed to be able to move again pain free. 🥰😇 #countyourblessings#runningagain#movingfree#freebird#recovery#builtforthis https://www.instagram.com/p/CMpUSsDD-ak/?igshid=zialg1n78ojc
