#moving patterns

Felt like doing pixel art again and chose to draw one of my favorite Pokémon. Should’ve made the pixel size bigger, you can barely tell it’s pixel art from afar 💀

I made some alternative versions with IbisPaint‘s retro game filter (which I am obsessed with, it looks so pretty), but it glitches out on some of my devices 😭 so I put those under the cut since the patterns of the filter start moving weirdly sometimes, which kinda messes with my eyes ;-;
