Guys, it’s been a crazy couple of weeks – with Harry showing back up and a literal BUS LOAD of metahumans to deal with – your boy has been stressed to the max.  So stressed that I almost forgot Halloween was coming up and spaced on a costume.  I created Barry’s suit, therefore, I am the king of costumes – and this year, unlike the others, I have a partner in crime to do an epic couples costumes.  Luke and Leia, Danny and Sandy, Lloyd and Harry, Eleven and Mike – the ideas are endless!!! And since I was the best boyfriend ever and participated in some 1-1-1 Day action for Gypsy – it’s her time to return the favor.
HOWEVER, we hit a little snag in my plan – and his name is… Josh.  Gypsy’s dad paid a very delightful and unexpected visit to Earth-1.  And when I say delightful – I mean terrifying – and when I say terrifying – I mean, I definitely thought he was going to kill me.  And thus, began the craziest twenty-four hours of my life.  I survived it (just barely) and Gypsy’s dad – well, I don’t like him nearly as much as his daughter.
My girl, Cynthia (still feels weird calling her that) decided it was best to book it back to her side of town with Josh – leaving me alone for Halloween and all costume fun…I have to say I was a little bummed but after being hunted like a piece of meat I was okay with getting some distance from the Breacher family. Â
I got back to my place and saw that my one and only had left me a little surprise – all of my favorite classic Halloween movies to binge – “Dawn of the Dead”, “Maniac!”, “It”… plus my favorite bottle of whiskey.  I thought about calling Barry and Iris – but they most likely are doing couple things, Caitlin’s probably still going over Ralph’s labs, and last time I invited Harry over for a movie we watched “Armageddon” and then proceeded to talk through the entire thing (even over the Aerosmith song).
So, I poured myself a generous helping of whiskey – popped in a movie and kicked it Cisco style.  This is why Gypsy is the best babe on the block – she knows that if I can’t be with my favorite person, I can at least be doing one of my favorite things – now, let Cisco’s Super Spooky Moviethon 2017 commence!
Update – it’s November 1st and I fell asleep before the first movie was over. Whoops! Looks like someone is getting old…
