Cinccino @ Life Orb   Ability: Skill Link   EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe   Jolly Nature   - Tail Slap   - Bullet Seed   - Knock Off   - U-turn

Moves: Tail Slap is an extremely strong stab move as it will always get 5 hits thanks to Skill Link. Bullet Seed is then the next move on this set as it hits rock types which resist Tail Slap. Knock Off is used just because of the fact that It’s Knock Off and because it hits Steel-types for neutral damage. U-Turn is used so that Cinccino can gain momentum for the team on a predicted switch. Rock Blast is an optional move that you can run in one of the last two slots as it hits the numerous flying and fire types that are in the tier super effectively.

Spread: Max speed with a Jolly nature is used to maximize Cinccino’s speed, thus allowing to outspeed the vast majority of RU. Max attack is used so that Cinccino can break through as many things as possible. Life Orb is the chosen item to give Cinccino a bit more power. Skill Link is obviously the best ability for Cinccino as it makes Tail Slap, Bullet Seed, and any other multi-hit moves always hit 5 times.

Team Support/Usage: Cinccino is a very strong and fast Pokemon thanks to its ridiculously strong stab in Tail Slap that sports decent coverage and nice utility moves. This allows it to find its home on any most play styles that are at least semi-offensive. Cinccino specializes in taking out the opponents sash lead Pokemon commonly found on offense such as Omastar thanks to Cinccino’s ability to bypass Focus Sashes. Cinccino appreciates Pokemon that can absorb fighting types moves, as that’s the only thing it’s weak to, making Pokemon like Aromatisse good partners. Also having a fire type like Delphox or a fighting type like Hitmonlee can be helpful as Cinccino is usually hard walled by steel types like Escavalier.
