You know how the Trading Card Game has a bunch of moves that are exclusive to it? Imagine Ash teaching them to his Pokemon and the League being swamped with paperwork to have the moves officially verified to be made into TMs so more people can teach them and later have them passed down genetically to other Pokemon. Ash is the Move Monster. Breeders love him, Trainers fear him, and the League wants him to calm TF down and stop drinking whatever it is that inspires him.
