Epic USA Birthday Adventure
My birthday is in April. For the first time in a number of years, I wanted to do something to celebrate my birthday. So the decision was made - I was going to spend my birthday at Walt Disney World.
From there, plans were made for an Epic Birthday Adventure....Four Australian girls taking on (select parts of) the USA. Come along as I recap our adventure!

Magic Kingdom/Resort
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
We explored the park for a while before catching the parade at Liberty Square, including a Fire-breathing Maleficent. We then decided to head back to the resort for a little while to rest and change.
Arriving back at the room I got a surprised – while we were gone (and as arranged by the girls) Mousekeeping had decorated the room for my birthday. I had a wee drink before we made our way back to the bus to head back to Magic Kingdom for the night.

I was so disappointed that time I requested a sharps container at the Walt Disney World hotel where I was staying, and Mousekeeping brought up just a plain old sharps container. No mouse ears, no glitter, nothing glowing, no purple, nothing about dreams written on it, no dropping the needles into Monstro's gaping maw, no nothin'. Just like the bog-standard ones I use at home.
Now there's a show ripe for "plussing," folks. Next time you're tempted to tinker with beloved, popular classics, take a crack at magicking up your sharps disposal game!
