So I've noticed that my motivation to workout is falling again. I can't let that happen. I refuse to hate myself because I don't think I'm good enough, darn it! I did the treadmill this time for cardio. This should have been a better day. Thursday will be a better day. I will workout! I will finish my workout! And I will feel amazing afterwards! And proud!
When motivation fades away
It's been now a few weeks since I felt a good workout at the gym and to be really honest. I feel my motivation is fading away a bit for everyday that goes.
But I am lucky. I have such good people around me who help me keep begin motivated. Remember to keep them who believe in you and your hard work close. They are just as important to you as you are to them.
Also remember, there will always be someone who still believe in you when you yourself don't.
