what’s the last book you read?

The last one I finished was Looking For Alaska, and currently I'm re-reading TFIOS and I just started this really excellent French book for class. 

what’s your favorite song right now?

either Odds Are by the Barenaked Ladies or Despite What You've Been Told by Two Gallants OR Aside by the Weakerthans. 

what is your favorite pair of shoes like?

They're really ripped up and held together with duct tape. They're converse with a sort of flowery pattern and they have lace shoelaces in them. DFTBA is written on the toe of one and 'we're all mad here' is across the side of the other. 

if you had to get a piercing where would you get it? earlobes don’t count.

I've already got an eyebrow piercing, on the left side. And soon I'm getting an industrial on my right ear, with any luck. 

what’s your favorite animal?

Koalas. 

if you could have a pool or a hot tub in your back yard which would you choose?

A pool, definitely. I love swimming.

Hawaii! My dad went there with his girlfriend and without me two days after my birthday last year. 

what’s your favorite thing about yourself?

Physically? My eyes, I think they're beautiful. Mentally? I like that I was raised to believe girls can do anything, and boys can too- since my dad raised me alone. 

what was the last thing you bought?

A hot chocolate when I went on a Mac's run with James on Sunday. 

is rain calming or depressing?

Depends on my mood. If I'm already sad, then depressing. if not, it's calming. 

do you like burritos?

yes.

I made friends with her while we were in the Music Man together. And we had a spare at the same time, and we spent those dicking around.

She’s like my big sister. She’s super smart. She’s really feminist and she’s taught me a lot about loving myself. She brought me into her circle of friends and made me feel accepted.

She went off to Ottawa for university, and I miss her like crazy.
