Ever since that argument, the atmosphere had been way too tense. They argued a lot of times, so what was different this time? What changed? Things have been piling up for a long time now- maybe that had to be the cause.
Or maybe he was simply looking for an excuse, so he wouldn’t have to blame himself, and his own weaknesses. His own faults. His inability to show love, and affection, to give up his boundaries for the person he held closest to his heart.
But right now, none of that mattered. As he was sitting on the couch, a huge blanket wrapped around his shoulders, remote in his hands and eyes glued to the screen, it didn’t matter. He has been preparing for this horror movie marathon all week, and he wouldn’t ruin his own mood, like always. It was pretty boring alone though...whether he wants to admit it or not.
As if fate was reading into his thoughts, the bedroom door opened with a small creak. Turning his head towards said room, he caught his brother exiting just in time. He didn’t seem like he noticed Namito looking though...
It’s now or never. He had to do something. He was the older brother for Christ’s sake. Biting into his lower lip, he didn’t leave another second for himself before he talked; he would waste it on hesitation anyway. He didn’t want to hesitate anymore. He wanted to be good, at least in his brother’s eyes.

OH YES… i used to be guilty of plenty of things that i don’t like at all now. i’m kind of too ashamed to admit specific things so i’ll just leave you with that vague answer la ughs

honestly what does having ‘every talent’ even encompass lmao. i kind of just go with them being pro at literally everything but to specifically say ‘every talent’ bring up the question of what is a talent exactly… also knowing the exact way the surgery was done and how hpa kept people quiet would be nice. and god knowing exactly how much izuru worked with junko would also be nice since there’s a lot of contradicting shit regarding that

not in the slightest tbhpeople make them have way too much humanity than they’re meant to be. i can completely get it if you’re doing something non-canon and they’ve gone through development, but i’ve seen too many canon-verse fics where they have so much personality and it’s… bro…. if you’re writing non-canon izuru you definitely have way more freedom but even then, their lack of self is really their defining trait
