someone please write for morrow i’m starving.

after morrow and hermit get put in the non-synth holding cell, morrow finally reunites with his lover from the USS Maginot. maybe you’re also a cyborg, and they had your cybernetic limb removed or caged like they caged his arm. you and morrow have some time together in the cell before hermit was locked up. he’s very happy to see you and just wants to feel you one last time before he perishes at the hands of Prodigy. (holding cell sex wink wink, he’s only got one available hand but that’s fine)

regardless of the time or place, you’re morrow’s partner and he just really has a thing for you putting your hands on his face. (maybe related to losing his own arm/hand when he was young).

being morrow or boy’s partner and being locked up with them in the finale holding cell, fearful of whats going to happen next, hoping the lost boys won’t kill you.

you’re boy’s partner and were always more involved in/focused on the hybrid program, so when everything starts going to shit you’re trying to get to the lab to turn back on the hybrid tracking that arthur disabled, and trying to find the kill switch controls for the hybrids (those aren’t canon fyi), and that’s when nibs finds you and brings you to the cell with sylvia. maybe the lost boys want to hurt you because they know boy cares about you. nibs keeps shocking you with the gun because she’s pissed about being shocked on the boat. “stop it” morrow/kirsh/boy spit out in the holding cell when nibs just keeps shocking you.

you’re in the lab with kirsh when morrow comes for him. if you work for prodigy, kirsh doesn’t want to see you hurt, when morrow puts a gun to your head, kirsh has a far more human reaction than morrow expects (could be either really fucking angry or really fucking desparate). if you were a scientist from the USS Maginot and were captured by Prodigy when the ship crashed, morrow’s happy to see you and maybe its kirsh that puts a gun to your head (despite growing fond of you in your forced servitude).

you’re boy’s partner, and kirsh is watching you and boy through the camera’s. that’s it.

maybe the lost boys are going to have the xenomorph hurt you, but kirsh/boy/morrow pull the “they’re pregnant!” card to try to stop them from hurting you, and nibs is INSTANTLY obsessed with you (whether or not you actually are). it stops them from hurting you for at least a few weeks.

after watching episode 5

you’re on the USS Maginot, married to Morrow, and you each receive notice that your daughter has passed away on Earth. you both thought the combined salary being paid into her account on world was worth the heartbreak of leaving her.

you’re on the USS Maginot (can you sense a pattern) and its just each moment Morrow falls for you, despite his awareness that relationships between crew mates go against protocol. maybe you’re the only one he trusts without a doubt. maybe he steps in when one of the crew (cough cough Mr. Teng) start to fixate on you to an uncomfortable degree.

you’re a human on Neverland, with Boy Kavalier, and you’re pretty much his favorite. Boy doesn’t keep people around for fun, but you’ve been with him through thick and thin, neighbors or classmates or childhood friends, he’s kept you by his side through his rise to power. you two are essentially together, partially because you can hold your own in conversation enough to have his continuous attention, partially because Boy’s a boy and he’s always loved you, but neither of you are screaming it from the rooftops. maybe the lost boy’s ask if you have a crush on him, and threaten to blab to him about this crush. maybe they’re still learning about adult relationships, and ask if you’re married to Boy like the scientists Dame and Arthur (maybe Boy overhears and insists that you’re already married).

maybe you’re Boy’s partner on Neverland but you’re not as aloof, preoccupied as he is, you prefer to engage with all that’s on the island. maybe you’re Kirsh’s favorite human.

after watching episode 3

mostly cyborg reader: before boy kavalier built wendy, he and his team had you. now we know that wendy is a synthetic base with the human addition, but that wasn’t kavalier’s first idea, his first was a human base with the synthetic addition. cyborgs weren’t anything he came up with uniquely, but he wanted to see how far he could go. you were part of the science team with dame and arthur, and for one reason or another, you were going to be the one to see how far you could go. the process of replacing your human aspects with synthetic ones took years. first an arm, then a leg, then the digestive tract, then your heart. you hadn’t dropped dead yet, and you hadn’t gone crazy either. the healing process after each surgery was the hardest part, but after so long there wasn’t as much left of you that could heal. the last part of you that was still human was your head, your brain, your mind. at that point, it was a miracle you were still alive. When kavalier realized he could go the other way, start with full synthetic and add in a human mind, your development stopped (something that dame and arthur were grateful for, they didn’t want it to come to ripping their friends’ brain out). your role is similar to kirsh’s, a parental figure for the children. you spent a lot of time with kirsh in your development. he found the process of your physical development (enhancement?) fascinating. before the children (and lets be honest even after they were created) kirsh felt like he could relate the most to you. not just because you were *now* the most similar person to him on the island, but because you both shared a mindset on most topics (when you were selected for the cybernetic experimentation, arthur made jokes about how you were pretty much a synth already, blunt, minimal-nonsense, etc. that joke was actually one of the things that gave kavalier the idea, arthur still feels guilty about the joke).

or generally simplified cyborg reader: you’re a cyborg working for Prodigy within Neverland, you’ve been around boy kavalier as long as kirsh has, and serve as supervision alongside kirsh. kavalier repeatedly makes parental jokes, calling kirsh dad, saying you two fight like an old married couple.

you’re another cyborg aboard USS Maginot, and when everything goes to shit and you crash in Prodigy City, you and Morrow need to get out of there, together. Morrow’s hot, sorry. maybe you two had some moments in deep space. maybe he isn’t referring to you when he speaks about having to let the rest of the crew die horrible deaths. it’s been sixty years since he left earth, and you’re all he’s got now. maybe you were married before the deep space expedition and you left your daughter on Earth with a full bank account, funded by the expedition salary, it was the only way to ensure she’s be taken care of.

A/N: I lost motivation while writing this, so the end is kinda bad.

You and Justin made your way up the stairs that led to the main entrance of his mansion. You were genuinely surprised by how much you'd enjoyed the night with him.

Well, except for that awkward encounter.

You still didn't entirely believe that weird guy was Justin's former business partner.

But you weren't about to say anything about it. You didn't want to risk making Justin upset after all the nice things he'd done for you that night.

The two of you were laughing softly at something he'd said as you approached the door. You glanced up at him and realized for the second time that night that the coldness you'd always seen in the depths of his eyes was absent.

You both fell silent as you reached the door. Justin pulled his keys out of the pocket of his suit and unlocked the door, pushing it open and letting you enter before he followed.

You kicked off your shoes, then turned and watched as Justin closed and re-locked the door. He took his shoes off as well and turned to you when he noticed you looking at him. He smiled, then stepped forward until he was in front of you.

You cleared your throat, not sure what to say, but also not wanting the night to end just yet.

“Uh, thanks for tonight,” you told him softly.

“Don't worry about it. Had to have been better than staying cramped up in here,” he winked at you.

You giggle quietly. “Yeah.”

You're both silent for a second.

But only for a second.

You couldn't remember who had started it or how it happened but at this point, you really didn't care.

You were currently pressed up against Justin's bedroom door and he was kissing you fervently. His hands were under your dress, running over your skin.

Your hands found their way to the buttons on his blazer, undoing them quickly. He took a small step back, just enough for him to shrug the piece of clothing off, followed by his tie. He watches as your eyes run up his arm, gazing curiously at the tattoos that had been hidden under his suit.

He steps to you again, placing his hands on your waist and kissing your lips once before leaning down to kiss your neck, sucking on the skin and grinning when he hears you moan softly. You felt his hands move to the bottom of your dress. He stepped back once more to pull it off of you, his eyes tracing your body.

He turns the two of you around, walking forwards until you felt the edge of his bed press against the back of your knees and he gently pushed you down onto the mattress. He removed his dress shirt before leaning over you again, his lips returning to your throat and his hands running up and down your thighs slowly.

“J-Justin..” you whimpered as he nipped your neck. You ran your hands up his body and curled your fingers into his hair. You heard him chuckle against your throat.

He snaked his arms around you, unclasping your bra quickly before pulling it off and leaning back to admire your chest. His eyes flicked to yours as he moved down and took one of your stiff buds into his mouth, sucking on it and kneading your other breast in his hand.

You pulled lightly on his hair as you felt his free hand slip down to your panties. He slipped his hand inside of the thin material.

Justin brought his head up to yours. “Be quiet for me,” he whispered. “We wouldn't want your father to find out about this.” He pressed wet kisses against your jaw as he moved his hand, rubbing his fingers up and down your slit, pleased to find that you were already quite wet.

He slid two of his fingers inside of you, kissing your swollen lips to muffle the moan that came from them. He placed his thumb on your clit, rubbing it as he began to thrust his fingers in and out of you.

“You're sure up late.”

Justin jumped, the voice startling him.

“How the hell did you even get in here?” He asked as he turned to glare at the tall man that was leaning against the opposite wall of the hallway. “I was sure I locked the door.”

The man ignored the question.

“Come on. Let's go somewhere we can talk.”

Irked, Justin lead the way to his office. He let the man enter first, then he followed, closing the door and turning back to the man.

“Alright, Chris. What do you want?” He questioned as he sat in his desk chair. Chris leaned against the desk, glancing around the small room.

“I was just checking in. I heard you had an encounter with Charnas tonight,” he answered, turning to Justin.

Justin frowned. “How did you know about that?”

Chris shrugged. “We have connections all over that town. You know that. Is he still trying to get you to join back up with him?”

“I don't think he's going to stop,” Justin replied. “But why does it matter? I don't intend on going back.”

“I needed to make sure,” Chris said, straightening. “You know the consequences of leaving us, and I would hate for you to have to suffer those consequences.”

Justin nodded, looking towards the ground. “I don't want to return to them. It's better here,” he said softly, standing up.

Chris nodded, accepting his answer. Justin stepped to the door, opening it and escorting Chris to the front door. Chris stopped in front of the door, turning to Justin again.

“She's going to become an issue, you know that, don't you?” He asked quietly, causing Justin to glance at him.

“What do you mean?”

“If she finds ever finds out about what we do...” Chris trails off, trying to find a way to put it. “If you fall in love with her, then the chances that she finds out are higher. She'd either have to join us or you'd have to kill her.”

Justin looked down. “I don't love her.”

Chris cocked an eyebrow and Justin continued. “I've only known her for a few weeks. She was bored here, so I took her out,” he looked back to Chris. “Tonight didn't mean anything.”

Chris studied Justin for a moment before he nodded slowly. “Keep it that way.”

Chris went to leave, then froze suddenly. “You two did use a condom, right?” He asked, frowning when Justin stiffened, the action enough to let Chris know that they did not. Justin looked more worried than Chris had ever seen him.

Chris cleared his throat. “I'll let you handle that. You better hope she's on birth control,” he said before he turned and walked out the door.

You sat at the dining table with your father, eating the breakfast that had been made for you.

You picked at the food with your fork. You were bothered that you had actually slept with Justin the previous night, but, oddly, you were more bothered that you had woken up in your own bed that morning.

Footsteps coming into the dining room interrupted your thoughts. Justin cleared his throat, looking anxious as he stepped over to your father.

“My apologies, sir, but I need to borrow (Y/N) for just a moment, if it's all right,” Justin told your father. You tensed slightly, feeling your father gaze at you for a moment.

“Of course,” your father said suspiciously, but not daring to question his business partner. You hesitantly stand and Justin waits for you by the door, setting his hand on your upper back and gently pushing you out of the room and down a few hallways until he apparently decided you were far enough away.

You leaned back against the wall uneasily as he went to stand in front of you.

He cleared his throat again, fiddling with the cuffs of his suit.

“Uh...” he started, his face a light shade of red.

He stammered for a few seconds before he composed himself enough to speak. “Is there any chance of you getting pregnant?” He asked. At your bewildered expression, he quickly added, “We didn't use protection.”

Now it was your turn to flush. “I...No. I'm on birth control,” you looked at the wall behind Justin to avoid eye contact.

He nods and it's uncomfortably silent for a few moments.

“Alright,” he said quietly, sounding relieved.

You expected him to say more, but he just waited another second before turning and leaving.

You felt angry and embarrassed, and the anger only grew as he avoided you throughout the rest of the day. You wouldn't admit that you felt a little hurt, as well.

It had been a week since your awkward talk with Justin and he still hadn't spoken to you.

You were more than a little upset about it.

You were finishing some school work in your room when you got an email from the online school you were enrolled in. It was one of those automated emails, but it caught your attention. It was about a job fair that was taking place that night a couple of towns away from Justin's house.

It was an excuse to leave the mansion and you were going to take it.

You hastily made your way to your father's room, hoping he was there and not speaking with Justin. You were very glad when he opened the door.

You quickly told him about the job fair, knowing you'd have to start getting ready soon if you wanted to get there on time.

Your father seemed more than happy to let you go.

“I'll ask Morrow to get a driver to take you,” he said, not noticing that you cringed at the words. He disappeared into his room, returning a few minutes later. “Go get ready. Your driver will be waiting for you.”

You nodded, surprised he had gotten a response from Justin so quickly.

You were quickly overcome with excitement, though, when you realized you were going to the job fair.

You returned to your room and picked out some nice clothes. You showered and made yourself look presentable, even doing your hair and putting on a little bit of makeup.

You looked at yourself in the mirror before leaving your room. Your father waved to you, but was speaking with one of Justin's butlers.

Before leaving the house, you put on the shoes you had worn when you went out with Justin, finding that they were still by the door.

You opened the door and stepped outside, making your way down the stairs and to the shiny black car that was parked by the curb.

The driver stepped out of the car as you approached. He had short black hair and was wearing a black dress shirt with black jeans. He stepped around the car to where you stood. His green eyes seemed friendly enough as he smiled at you.

“Good afternoon, Miss (L/N). I'm Ryan. I'll be your driver tonight,” he greeted before opening the back door of the car, allowing you to step inside then closing it.

He got back into the driver's seat and started the car.

Ryan pulled the car up to the front of the building that was holding the job fair. He turned back to you and slipped you a small paper.

“Morrow requested that I give you my phone number in case of an emergency,” he explained as you took the paper. “So have fun and text me when you're ready to be picked up.”

You nodded and stepped out of the car. You walked into the large building, almost overwhelmed by the amount of people there.

A woman handed you a bottle of water as you walked farther into the building.

You looked around for a bit, listening to presentations and making notes in your head about some of the ones that interested you the most.

After looking at a few, you made your way to one of the walls, needing a moment away from the large crowd. You drank from your water bottle and surveyed the large room, seeing groups of people moving from one presenter to the next.

“Did you get overwhelmed by the crowd, too?”

The unfamiliar voice startled you. You turned your head and saw a boy who looked to be no older than yourself leaning against the wall next to you. He had short brown hair and dark brown eyes. He was dressed in a white dress shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans.

You nodded. “I guess I'm not used to this many people,” you said.

He chuckled softly and agreed. “I'm Matt,” he introduced himself, holding out his hand, which you shake politely as you tell him your name.

“Wanna check out some of these presentations together?” Matt asked. “Might be a lot less overwhelming if we do.”

You found yourself agreeing and the two of you make your way around the numerous tables. The hours passed quickly and you were having fun walking around and talking to Matt.

You both eventually got tired and returned to the wall to rest for a few minutes.

“It's getting kind of late,” Matt stated, looking at his watch, before looking back to you. “Do you need a ride home? I'm probably going to head out in a few, and I can give you a ride.”

You hesitated. You wanted to accept, but you weren't sure you wanted him to see where you were currently living. You enjoyed hanging out with him, and you don't want to ruin any chance at a new friendship.

“Er, I live kind of far from here,” you told him, carefully mentioning the town it was in.

“That's alright. I live just a town passed there,” Matt dismissed your excuse. You decided to let him take you back to the mansion, but first, you pulled out your phone and text Ryan, making a contact for him in the process. Just in case.

You: Is it all right if I catch a ride with someone I met here?

Matt pointed out a presentation that the two of you hadn't been to yet, so you made your way over as you waited for a response. A couple of minutes later, you felt your phone buzz.

Ryan: Morrow won't be happy if he finds out. He was quite adamant that I bring you home.

Another message came a few seconds afterwards.

Ryan: But I won't tell if you won't ;)

You grinned down at your phone and finished checking out the presentation with Matt before you both decided to leave.

You followed him to his car and climbed into the passenger seat, Matt sliding into the driver's seat a few moments later. The car's engine purred to life and he pulled away from the building.

You were anxious as Matt pulled up to the mansion, but he didn't seem to care too much.

“Looks like you're living well,” he joked and you shrugged, smiling.

He stopped you before you opened the car door. “Let me give you my number,” he started. “That way we can hang out again.”

You handed him your phone and he quickly punched in his number before handing it back to you.

“Goodnight, (Y/N),” he grinned as you left his car.

You waved. “Goodnight.”

You watched him drive away before turning and climbing the stairs to the mansion. The lights were off, so you guessed everyone was asleep. You took out a house key that you had managed to swipe from one of Justin's staff members earlier that day and unlocked the door, stepping inside quietly.

You didn't bother to turn on the lights as you shut the door, re-locking it and kicking off your shoes. Your eyes hadn't quite adjusted to the dark when you turned around and you stumbled backwards when you noticed the figure sitting on the stairs.

You quickly recognized it to be Justin.

You swallowed nervously as he stood up, taking a couple of steps toward you before speaking.

“Who was that?” He questioned softly. His voice was calm, but you could now see the coldness in his eyes.

“What..do you mean?” You asked, confused and somewhat afraid.

He narrowed his eyes and you had to stop yourself from taking a step back.

“I thought it was a pretty straightforward question, (Y/N),” he said coolly. “Who the hell drove you home?” You cringed involuntarily when he cursed at you. “Why wasn't it Ryan?”

You glared up at him.

“It was just someone I met at the job fair,” you muttered. “But I don't see why it matters.”

He wasn't completely sure he did either, not that he'd tell you that. It just bothered him.

“It matters because I assigned Ryan to pick you up from that job fair,” he growled. “I still don't see why you wanted to go to that.”

“You don't think I'm going to stay or work here forever, do you?” you asked before thinking.

Justin just stared at you blankly.

“There's no way I'm going to stay here and work for you,” you told him quietly. “I'd leave now, if I could.”

“And why can't you?” The question made your eyes flick up to his. You knew what he wanted you to say, and you felt sick when you saw the cold satisfaction in his eyes. You almost flinched as he reached forwards with one of his hands, cupping your face gently and leaning towards you.

“You don't have anywhere else you can go. Not while your father is my closest business associate. You don't even have a job here, and I doubt your father will allow you to get a job out of town before our business together is finished. He thinks this life is great for the two of you.”

You stayed silent, your eyes flicking away from his face since you couldn't move you head.

He brushed a few stray strands of your hair out of your face, frowning.

“You know,” he started, causing your eyes to flick back to his. “If the consequences weren't so bad, I'd have already taken you many times by now,” he muttered calmly. You found yourself grinding your teeth uncomfortably as he continued.

“I would've made you mine. No one else would even think about wanting you,” he placed a gentle kiss in your jaw before leaning back.

You didn't like how easily he spoke of that. You were pretty sure your face couldn't get more red.

“Of course, I'd never hurt you, nor would I let anyone else,” he added, his free hand running up your arm, making you shudder. “I do enjoy your company and care about you.”

You knew you should've pushed him away, but you had never seen him like this. You were scared, but you were more intrigued.

You forced yourself to speak.

“Then..why have you been avoiding me?” you asked, forcing your eyes to meet his.

He frowned and leaned back so he was standing up straight again. He looked serious, and a little worried.

“I can't say,” he looked down at you, knowing he'd done what he had intended, yet still feeling bad about it. He truly was upset that Ryan had not been the one to bring you home – or more so, that it was some other guy.

He might've been just slightly jealous.

He had meant to frighten you, to make you wary of him, but he suddenly regretted it as he looked at you.

He'd been thinking of ways he could possibly back out of his agreement with Cerulli, but he was quite sure none of them would work.

He really hated that guy's rules, especially at that moment.

You were gazing at him thoughtfully, not really knowing what to say to him.

“Shit,” you heard him mumble before he stepped towards you again.

“Sorry for avoiding you,” his hands cupped your face again, making you look at him. “It was immature and will not happen again.”

You were startled by his apology, and by how his entire demeanor had changed. You saw his eyes flick to the clock that hung above the front door.

“It's late,” he stated quietly before leaning forwards and gently pressing his lips against your forehead. “You should go to bed. Get some rest.”

You hardly comprehended that he was leading you to your room, you were to confused as to what had just went down.

You sat on your bed, watching the door close as he left, leaving you alone and bewildered in your room.

As Morrow had said, he was back at your room at exactly eight. You heard him knock and when you opened your bedroom door, there he stood.

He was dressed in shiny black dress shoes, black slacks, and a white dress shirt with a black suit jacket over it. A black tie hung around his neck.

You'd found yourself a dark gray knee-length dress and a pair of short, black dress boots. You'd decided to just leave your hair down and put on some light makeup.

Morrow was fiddling with the cuffs of his suit jacket when you opened your door. He straightened when he saw you.

“Ready?” He questioned, slipping his hands into the pockets of his pants.

“Yeah, I think,” you answer, stepping out of your room and shutting the door.

“Good,” he nodded. “Because I've got a driver waiting for us outside. Let's go.” He flashed you a grin before starting down the hallway, you following quickly.

As the two of you made it to the door, a voice caused you both to turn around.

“(Y/N)? Where are you two heading?” You father queried.

You started to reply, but Morrow spoke quicker.

“I was just taking (Y/N) out to see the town. I apologize for not telling you, Mr. (L/N), I did intend to.”

Jeez, you thought.

His speaking even impressed you.

Your father frowned, but eventually nodded. “Alright. Just...make sure you two are back before too late, okay?” He requested unhappily.

You and Morrow both agree and head out the door. You can see the shiny black car down on the road from where you stand outside the mansion.

You follow Morrow down the steps to the street. The driver gets out of the car, opening the door for you and Morrow.

Morrow lets you get in the car before he does, the driver closing the door behind him. You watch as Morrow crosses his long legs. He turns to you when he notices you looking at him.

“Uh, so, Morrow-”

He cut you off. “You know, you can just call me Justin. I thought we talked about this.”

He settled his arm across the back of the seats.

You flushed. “Er, right...” you stuttered, trying to think of what you were going to ask him.

He raised an eyebrow.

Your mind raced for something to ask. “Uh, how old are you, anyways?” You asked quickly.

“22.”

“Holy shit. Really?”

You were surprised. You knew he was only a little older than you, but you thought he was older than that.

He looked like he was trying not to laugh.

“Really,” he confirmed.

“How..did you...How did you manage to build such a successful career in 22 years?” You questioned, bewildered.

Now he laughed.

“I had a strong start, I guess. My father owned the business first, but he's not...around anymore. So it's mine now,” he answered.

You felt like you should've left it at that, but you still had questions. “Don't you have any other family that could've taken over the business?”

“What is this? An interview?” His eyes had dropped to the ground, and you took that as your cue to stop asking about his family.

“Sorry,” you apologize softly.

You turn to look out the window. The next few minutes are almost silent. You were grateful for the sound of the road under the tires of the car.

“How's your online schooling?”

Morrow's voice startled you. When you turned your head, you found him looking at you questioningly.

“Uh, it's good, I guess,” you replied awkwardly.

Morrow nodded slowly, then told his driver to pull over.

You hadn't even realized you'd reached town.

Morrow opened his door and climbed out, you exiting behind him. He closed the door and tossed his arm around your shoulders like he had earlier that day. He lead you to a fairly expensive looking building.

“Hey, uh, Justin?” You looked up at him.

“Yeah?” He asked as the two of you entered the restaurant.

“How much does it cost to eat here?”

He doesn't answer for a second. “Don't worry about it.”

You blinked at him, but you're pretty sure he ignored you. He just continued walking towards the host's stand. The man working the stand lead the two of you to a table, you sitting across from Morrow. You both ordered waters, and placed your dinner orders.

You and Morrow talked for a while, and everything was going fine.

Then, suddenly, a man was leaning on your table. He was shorter than Justin, his short hair slicked back, and his hazel eyes flicking between you and Justin.

You looked at Justin. He looked quite panicked, his eyes were wide and he was sitting stiffly.

The man turned to Justin, tilting his head slightly.

“Hey, there, Morrow. Didn't expect to see you here. Who's your lady?” You noticed that the man was smirking the whole time he was at your table.

Justin's panicked look turned into a glare. “It's none of your fucking business, Charnas,” he answered lowly.

You hadn't heard Justin swear before then. It almost startled you.

The man turned to you, eyeing you up and down before grinning. “Hey. I'm Spencer Charnas. It's great to meet you.” He held out his hand for a hand shake. “I'm one of Morrow's...business partners-”

“Former business partners,” Justin corrected, looking more frustrated than you'd ever seen him.

Charnas frowned, lowering his hand. “Right,” he said. “But just so you know, Morrow, there's still a place for you. If you want to join back up.”

“I don't.”

Charnas straightened, shrugging. “Just think about it.” He smirked again. “Oh, and tell Cerulli I said 'hi', the next time you see him.”

And with that, Charnas turned and left.

Almost immediately, Justin began to apologize. You could hardly keep up with everything he was rambling.

You decided to cut him off. “Hey, it's fine. The guy was pretty fucking weird, and I was pretty uncomfortable the entire time, but we can just ignore the whole incident if you want.”

Justin agreed to ignore it and the two of you went on with your night. Although, you noticed that Justin seemed stressed the rest of the time you two were in the restaurant.

When you finished dinner, Justin paid, and the two of you left the building. He seemed to relax when you were outside. “C'mon, I want to show you around this town,” he sent you a small smile, then put his arm around your shoulders again.

You and Justin ended up sneaking into an empty beach.

He'd shown you all of his favorite places around the town. It had been a lot of fun, and you'd even noticed Justin genuinely smiling. There wasn't even a trace of the coldness that you usually saw in his eyes.

Justin helped you over the short fence that served as the entrance to the beach. You stumbled as you landed on the other side, nearly falling into Justin, and having to clutch his jacket to steady yourself. He'd just flushed and grinned awkwardly down at you as you quickly let go of him.

The two of you walked along the shoreline. Neither of you spoke for a while, but Justin eventually broke the silence.

“Sorry, again. About that whole thing at the restaurant,” he frowned, his voice quiet.

You shrugged. “It's not that big of a deal. I don't know what it was that happened in there, but it's not my business.”

He nodded, and there was another short silence.

“Your father was quite desperate for me to agree to a partnership with him,” Justin eventually stated. “Why is that?”

You frowned, then shook your head slowly. “I don't know. I guess he just wants to make sure we're living well. My mother used to be the one who brought in most of our money. My father was having a hard time getting his business running. My mother didn't want to be with someone who was unsuccessful, and she left.”

Justin stopped walking and turned to you as you halted beside him. He frowned down at you.

“Shit,” he started. “I'm sorry.”

You shrugged. “It doesn't matter, really. I hardly remember her anyways. To answer your question, I think my father is trying to prove a point. Probably trying to show that he can actually accomplish things.”

Justin nodded, then checked his watch.

“Oh sh-. We gotta go. The driver should be waiting on us by the entrance of the beach. Oh, and speaking of drivers, I'll assign you one. So you can get in and out of town as you wish,” he explained as he lead the way back to the fence. He helped you over, then climbed over himself.

The shiny black car was waiting for you on the other side of the street.

You both got in the car, completely relaxed. It had been a while since you'd talked to anyone like that.

It was nice.

You and Justin talked quietly in the back seats of the car, occasionally laughing at each other's jokes.

Part 1

Warnings: Language (Literally, like, once lmao)

A/N: Was having big Justin moods. Planning to make this a series. Later chapters may include smut. Also, I decided that this would take place before he dyed his hair blonde because why not? 

This is quite long :)

You were sitting at the small round table next to your father. You were at a business party hosted by the owner of a very successful business. You were currently waiting for the other man to arrive at your table. He had offered your father a partnership between their businesses. He was currently busy greeting other guests, although you had yet to see him.

You were incredibly bored.

You'd been forced to come. Your father had wanted you to meet his –hopefully– soon-to-be business partner.

On the way to the party, your father had explained that Mr. Morrow was very young, but very successful. He was, apparently, only a couple of years older than yourself –you were 18, and were a few months away from finishing your senior year of high school.

Which is why what your father had said next bothered you a lot.

If they agreed to become business partners, the two of you would be moving into one of Morrow's mansions, the one he also mostly lived in. You were quite irked that you wouldn't be able to finish school in the district you'd been attending since kindergarten.

Your father had assumed that you were upset because you would have to live with someone you didn't know, but that didn't bother you much. You figured you probably wouldn't see the guy much because of his job.

You glance up as someone approaches your table. He was tall, dressed in a pure white suit with dress pants in the same color. The only part of his attire that was black was his bow-tie. That didn't surprise you much; the theme of the party was white, and your father had made you wear a dress with a fair amount of it. What wasn't white was (favorite color).

The man had brown hair that was swept back, and deep brown eyes. By the stubble growing on his face, you could tell it had been a few days since he'd last shaven.

He cleared his throat as he arrived at your table, your father quickly standing up to greet him.

“Forgive me for making you wait so long,” the man apologized as he stopped in front of you and your father.

Your father nudged you slightly, and, flushing, you quickly stood up.

“No need to apologize, Mr. Morrow,” your father dismissed quickly. “We weren't here for too long.”

Yes. Yes, you had been.

You'd been there for, like, 25 minutes.

You weren't about to say anything, though.

The man –Mr. Morrow, as your father had called him– smiled slightly and shook your father's hand.

Your father turned to you. “This is my daughter (Y/N),” he introduced you.

Mr. Morrow turned to you as well, flashing you a smile. “I'm Justin Morrow. It's good to meet you,” he greeted before shaking your hand. You almost flinched at how cold it was.

Like, you didn't think someone's hands should be so cold in the middle of spring.

“Likewise,” you reply, trying to brush the thought away. The three of you sat down and your father began to speak to Morrow about the partnership. Uninterested, you glanced around the large room. Many tables were set up around the room and guests were everywhere.

Apparently, Morrow's parties were quite popular.

You turned your attention back to the conversation happening beside you. You glanced at Morrow in time to see his eyes flick to yours, holding eye contact for just a moment before they flicked back to your father.

You straightened slightly.

Before you can think about it for too long, your father reached over the table to shake hands with Morrow, both of them smiling.

Great. You thought. No you really would have to move away from your school. You feigned enthusiasm, smiling when your father turned to you with a grin on his face.

At least he'd be getting paid significantly more in this partnership.

Morrow stood, you and your father doing the same.

Morrow cleared his throat. “Would you two like to stay here tonight? There's supposed to be a bad storm tonight. Wouldn't want you driving home in it,” he offered, his eyes flicking between you and your father.

You glanced at your father, hoping he'd say no.

“We'd love to.”

Fuck.

“Great,” Morrow grinned. “Allow me to show you the rooms you'll be staying in tonight.”

You frowned and glanced around the room again, seeing that it was mostly empty when only a few minutes before, it had been full of people.

Your father nudged you, and you realized Morrow had started to walk towards the big staircase that sat in the center of the room. You sighed quietly and followed after your father as he rushed to catch up.

At the top of the staircase, there were two long hallways that branched off at either side of you. Morrow turned down the one on the left and stopped in front of the second door to your right. He pushed it opened and gestured to your father.

“Mr. (L/N), this will be your room for the night,” Morrow stepped aside as your father entered the room. Your father sent you a smile before he closed the door, leaving you alone with Morrow. You gulped as he turned to you.

The idea of being alone with an admittedly attractive man that you didn't know made you uncomfortable.

But he just smiled and said, “Right this way, miss.” He turned and continued down the hall.

Something about his eyes when he said that phrase made you hesitant to follow him.

But you did, against your better judgment.

He stopped again, this time at a room a few doors down, at the end of the hall. There was a room across from it as well.

Morrow pushed open the door and flicked on the light. “This one is yours. Feel free to help yourself to anything in the dresser. There's a bathroom over there,” he pointed to a door on one of the walls inside the room. “Feel free to use whatever you need. And I'll be right across from you in that room,” he nodded to the room across from yours.

Why did he feel the need to explain all this to you and not your father?

You didn't ask.

Maybe the rooms were just different?

You cleared your throat. “Er, thank you, Mr. Morrow,” you said awkwardly, not sure what else to say.

“Of course,” Morrow nodded. “And you can call me Justin. We're too close in age for you to be calling me that.”

He stepped away from your door.

“Uh, right, well, goodnight?” You said nervously.

He chuckled and started across to his room. “Night,” he replied before entering his room.

You enter the one you were going to stay in and closed the door. You headed across the room to the dresser, opening it carefully, not wanting to sleep in a dress. You found a nightgown that fit you and went into the bathroom, showering and changing into it.

You found an unopened toothbrush and some toothpaste in a cabinet next to the sink.

Part 2

Warnings: Again, it swears once

A/N: Posting twice in a row, hell yeah. I won’t be posting everyday, probably just on weekends. Also, turns out I really like Justin. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  

You woke up the next morning to knocking on your door. For a few moments, you were confused as to where you were.

Then it hit you.

Oh.

You sat up in the bed, calling to whoever was at the door to give you a minute. You checked your phone, seeing the time read 8:32. The knocking paused and you got out of bed and walked to the bathroom.

You quickly brushed your teeth and hair. When you walked back into the room, you noticed some clothes sitting on top of the dresser. You assumed they were for you to wear, and, since you were definitely not going to wear the dress you'd worn to the party again, you changed into them.

There were another few knocks on the door and you hurried over to open it.

You had expected it to be your father coming to get you, not the tall man with the really cold hands that was actually there.  

You immediately flushed out of embarrassment that you had made your father's new business partner wait so long, assuming it was him that was knocking before, too.

Morrow smiled as you stared up at him. Now he was wearing black dress pants with a black blazer over a white dress shirt and a black bow-tie. “Good morning, (Y/N),” he greeted. He sounded kind enough, but there was just something about his eyes that continued to make you nervous.

“Your father sent me to come get you,” Morrow continued before you could respond. “He wanted me to escort you to the dining room for breakfast.”

He began to walk down the hall, you taking long strides to catch up with him as he continued to speak. “He wants to get the moving process started as soon as possible, so after you eat, you'll be going to your home to pack up your things. I'll be sending a moving team with you to help speed up the process,” he led you down the big staircase and down another hallway, keeping a quick pace.

You nearly slammed into him as he stopped suddenly in front of a doorway.

If he noticed, he didn't say anything about it.

He gestured to the doorway. “Dining room is through there. I will see you when you arrive at the other house.”

And with that, he turned and left the hallway without giving you a chance to say anything else.

It had been four days since you moved into Morrow's other mansion. The lights were oddly dim in this one, but not so dim that you couldn't see. You guessed he just didn't like bright lights or something.

You were in your room in the mansion, sitting on your bed with your laptop in your lap. Your father had enrolled you in cyber school to finish your last year of high school.

Apparently there weren't any good schools around there.

You sighed as you finished up your schooling for the day. You were bored. As far as you knew, there wasn't much to do in or around the mansion.

You'd been thinking about snooping around the large house, but you hadn't to it yet.

You closed your laptop and set it to the side before standing up and wandering to the door.

You stepped into the hallway quietly. You weren't worried about Morrow catching you snooping around his home. He'd been off doing work with your father all day. They'd been talking about creating some new product that morning during breakfast.

You hadn't been too interested.

There were two other rooms in the hallway. You make your way to the first door, opening it slowly. You were disappointed to find out it was just a storage closet. The other room was the same.

You left the hallway and made your way through the large house.

Eventually, you came across a very dark hallway. There was one room in the middle of the left wall. You strolled over to it and twisted the handle. You pushed the door open to reveal a bedroom. The walls were dark red and in the middle of the room sat a king sized bed, made neatly. The dark gray comforter was the only part that looked like it had been lazily thrown on.

You stepped farther into the room, gazing around. Many framed pictures hung on the walls. You walked closer to one.

The picture was of a group of people, you guessed a family. You glanced at the pictures around it and realized that the only person present in every picture was Morrow.

Huh.

You guessed that you must be in his room.

You turned your attention to the other two doors inside the room. They were on opposite walls and one was cracked open while the other was completely shut. You went to the open one first. It was a large bathroom. The second one was right next to his dresser.

You turned back into the bedroom and walked across to the other door. You turned the handle and pulled it open. Inside was a room about the size of the bedroom. It was very dark, but you walked forwards anyways. As you approached the far side of the room, your eyes began to adjust to the darkness.

Before you could go any further, you heard a voice behind you.

“What are you doing?”

Shit.

You turned to see Morrow approaching you casually.

“Uh, I...got bored?” You tried nervously. Morrow looked at you questioningly, tilting his head slightly.

“So you decided to snoop around my room?” He asked. His tone was joking, but you couldn't read the look in his eyes, especially not in the dark.

“In my defense, I didn't know it was your room until I looked around a bit,” the excuse came out before you could think about it.

There was a second of silence until Morrow began to chuckle softly. “Let's get out of here,” he started, turning towards the door. “No reason to be in here.”

You followed. “Alright, but what is this room?”

You swear he hesitated before he answered.

“It's a storage closet, I think,” he said as the two of you got to the door.

“Oh,” you reply, looking back into the room one more time before exiting, Morrow closing the door behind you.

“Allow me to take you back to your room,” he said, throwing one of his arms around your shoulders and leading you out of his room before you could respond.

The two of you were silent until you got to your room.

“Sorry for snooping,” you muttered, slipping from Morrow's arm. “It's kinda boring around here.”

You didn't want to go back in your room.

Morrow frowned, then looked down at you. “If you're really that bored, the two of us could go out to dinner tonight. There's a place in the next town over. It's a bit of a drive, but it'd be better than staying in here all the time.”

His offer surprised you, and you almost thought he was joking.

But he looked very serious.

“Alright,” you said. “Sounds good.”

He grinned. “Great. I'll be back here at eight,” he waited until you were in your room before he left.

You closed your door. As excited as you were to leave the mansion, you were still wondering about the room.
