I mean, from all the ones I've met they are rather nice shippers in this community, there's hardly any hate with them at all unless it's about the ship itself, they make it out in the fics that Nya is a legal consenting adult... At least in the ones I've read... I'm rather confused what exactly you mean by this?
theres a movie coming out, im p sure, portraying the ninja as teenagers.
even if the ninja are in their early twenties, nya is still the Younger Sister and is prolly at max two years younger than them.
ronin is one of the few characters w facial hair, suggesting tht hes a lot older (maybe in early 40s)
which is a dangerous as shit age gap.
basically, i wouldnt want a close friend of mine whos about 20 to be dating a 40+ year old because of the power difference and imbalance. not to mention the general idea of a young adult fresh out of college entering a vulnerable time in her life being “romanced” by an older, more experienced individual, who knows how to lie and cheat is just a recipe for disaster.
its just gross to me.
and there r some rlly immature shippers out there that i seem to be seeing more of than anything else. and that bothers me. younger ppl and shipping is kind of Annoying to me and i recognize tht thats a personal opinion but its a combination of the general inexperience around the subject + their tone about it, and the ship itself.
