The journey this boy has been on is unimaginable. Jaeton was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma in May of 2014 on his left hip (Iliac Crest). He started his nine month regiment of chemotherapy, in which time he was flown to Albuquerque twice for emergency services. In February of 2015, we went to San Antonio to have the remaining tumor removed from the left hip. The procedure consisted of removing the left Iliac Crest. The picture above is him learning how to walk again just twenty four hours after the operation. Within weeks of the operation he was walking on his own with out the aid of the walker. In April 2015, Jaeton received his last cycle of chemotherapy. Three years from his last chemo cycle, he qualified for the National Archery in the Schools Program Nationals. He did great in his first national qualifying shoot.
