Don’t let this smile fool you in showing how I truly felt after seeing this photo of my for the first time .. 😔 . Who was Sarah Kelly 🤷🏽‍♀️ before I became part of this amazing fit fam community and coaching team .... 🤔 . -I was alone and sad even though I look happy in this picture 😞 -I didn’t have many friends -I was trying to get health and fit on my own and completely failed weekly👎🏼 -I was overweight, lazy, and exhausted -I had very low self-esteem and low confidence🙍🏽‍♀️ . I didn’t know where to start in changing my life and how to get healthier and happier but I was determined and driven. So I finally made the decision to stop trying to do it on my own and to say yes to my coach @shortgirlfitness ! 💕 . She has completely changed my life and showed me her passion for helping others change their lives and seeing how proud she was of me for surpassing my goals made me want to help others do the same.🤩 .
