Just picked up some fresh blackberries, so....a riff off of a blackberry smash it is! • • 1.5oz - Bourbon 1oz - Red wine 1/2oz - lime juice 1oz - blackberry shrub (see my easy-hack below) 1/4oz simple Blackberry garnish (optional) -shake all ingredients with ice until cold, strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a blackberry. • Shrub hack: 5 blackberries, 3/4oz simple, 1/4oz apple cider. Muddle all ingredients until integrated.
