The Alex Cross creators have fucked up twice already. Denzel Washington was going to play him in the 90's, but  there were scheduling conflicts and so they picked Morgan Freeman. Then the reboot this year was going to be  Idris Elba in the title role, but scheduling conflicts again and so  they thought it would be a better decision to cast Tyler Perry. Am I the only one who thinks these casting directors/producers weren't even trying to find anyone believable or fresh on both occasion?!Â
